To be considered for membership, galleries must have been in the art business for a minimum of three years and should in addition have:

• A good reputation for honesty and integrity in their dealings with the public, museums and other dealers.
• Expert knowledge of the works of the artists or the periods of his or her specialization.
• A substantial contribution to offer to the cultural life of Singapore by way of presenting worthwhile exhibitions and featuring works of high artistic quality and publishing worthy documentary materials and catalogues.

Members shall have the privilege of having the suffix “Member, Art Galleries Association (Singapore)”.

Membership is available only by gallery; at present, there shall be no individual membership.

Entrance and Membership fees

An entrance fee of S$300.00 and annual fee of S$500 are payable by members.
